- Camera Access: Photos of receipts for OCR text recognition (processed and deleted after extraction).
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers.

- Analytics Data: App performance, feature usage, and error logs via Firebase Analytics.

- Voice Recognition: To process Hindi and English voice commands for hands-free expense entry.

3.1 Where Your Data is Stored
- Cloud Storage: Your financial data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (secure cloud database).
- Local Storage: App preferences and cached data stored on your device.
- Firebase Storage: Receipt images (if you choose to save them) are stored in Firebase Storage.

- Active Accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active.
- Deleted Accounts: Data permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
- Receipt Images: Automatically deleted after text extraction unless you choose to save them.
- Voice Recordings: Processed in real-time and immediately discarded (not stored).

Why We Need These Permissions:
- Camera: To scan receipts and extract transaction details using OCR.
- Microphone: To enable voice commands for hands-free expense entry.
- Internet: To sync data with Firebase and display ads.
- Network State: To check connectivity before syncing data.
- Notifications: To remind you about pending expenses or budget alerts.

TrackKar displays advertisements via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
